What we store, retention windows, and where to read the policy.

Receipt images go to Google for OCR. Parsed fields and images are stored in our database and object storage under your account.

Published retention windows differ by plan and are enforced by the retention sweeps. Full legal wording lives on the Privacy Policy page — linked from every footer and from this Help Centre.

You can delete your account from Settings when you want the personal data removed; the privacy policy describes what remains after deletion.
